Digital Token NFTfor your Historical Document

Service Overview

• NFTYourDocs specializes in tokenizing historical documents.
• One NFT token will be created for each historical serial number. Tokenizing one historical document into multiple tokens is a feature planned for future implementation.

Client Submission

• Clients are required to send the original historical document to NFTYourDocs. Please send your Historical Documents to:

• If the document has already been authenticated, please include the report in the submission. We are only accepting (Passco, PMG or PCGS)
• In the absence of an authentication report, NFTYourDocs offers authentication services for an additional fee.

Authentication and Token Creation

• Upon receiving the document, NFTYourDocs will initiate a thorough verification process to confirm its authenticity. This determination of authenticity will be carried out by renowned organizations, specifically Passco, PMG, or PCGS, known for their expertise in validating historical documents.
• Once authenticated, the process to mint the NFT for the document will commence.

Document and NFT Return

• After the NFT creation, clients will have the option to receive their original historical document sent back to them via FedEx overnight or USPS.
• Alongside the document, the NFT will be provided to the client's designated blockchain wallet, such as Metamask.
• Additionally, the owner will receive an unlockable content key unique to the NFT. This key aids in the Electronic Proof of Life process.

1. Definitions
   
   • NFT: Refers to a non-fungible token, which is a type of digital asset created using blockchain technology.
   • Minting: Refers to the process of adding a new NFT to the blockchain.
   • Authentication Service: Refers to the service used by NFTYourDocs to authenticate historical documents.

        2. Return Procedures: Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns once the NFT has been minted. However, we offer a full     

             refund of the fee minus shipping expenses, before the NFT gets minted. 

        3. Refund Procedures

                     3.1 Eligibility for Refund

• You are eligible for a full refund of the fee under the following conditions:
  • The NFT has not been minted.
  • You have requested a refund in writing by contacting our customer service at support@nftyourdocs.com before the minting process begins.

                     3.2 Refund Amount

• The refund amount will be 100% of the fee paid by you for the creation of the NFT. However, any shipping expenses incurred by NFTYourDocs during the authentication process will be deducted from the refund amount.

                     3.3 Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact our customer service at support@nftyourdocs.com with the following information:
  • Your name and contact information.
  • A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for requesting a refund.
• Our customer service team will review your request and inform you of the decision within [number of business days]. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
